BELT LOOP

The Belt Loop arrangement is the most common and straight forward tool belt fastening method. Your belt is simply threading directly through the belt loop slot on the top of the bag or holster. The design provides a structurally secure fitting method between your existing tool belt and the bag or holster. Each belt loop configuration (loop length and sewn reinforcement) is rated in-line with each individual bag or holsters total anchorage structural requirement. (Maximum Belt width 50mm)

Triple Lock Velcro Loop

The Triple Lock Velcro Loop fastening provides superior fitting flexibility. The design allows the anchorage to be easily repositioned, combined with the unique unidirectional geometry provides high shear performance. The system consists of three Velcro and webbing 50mm wide Straps that overlap each other in opposing directions increasing the tensile strength of the fastening. Each individual triple lock Velcro loop is structurally rated to 10kgs (dynamically test to 20kgs). The wrapping style securing method will accommodate captive (pre-terminated, i.e. where you cannot slide on a loop) existing tool belt and harness Straps, MEWP handrail or Scaffold tube configurations. The Velcro fastening system is manufactured from industrial grade synthetic Polyester, water and UV resistant structure that does not fade and weaken if maintained in-line with our care instructions.

Triple Action Safety Buckle

The Triple Action Safety Buckle fixing arrangement has been optimised for professional trades and technicians where work activities require quick removal or fitting of tool bags and holsters, without compromise to safety or the integrity of the fixing. Each individual triple action safety buckle strap is structurally rated to 10kgs (dynamically test to 20kgs). The buckle fastening method provides a visual locked 'position' and audible clear 'snap' when closed appropriately to eliminate operator miss-attachment. The fastening uses a defence grade side release military buckle with an additional safety anti-release extra locking secure feature. In order to release the buckle, the centre button must be depressed at the same time as both side legs are squeezed.

Eyelet Holes

The Eyelets fastening option is the traditional fixing method utilised by high access technicians. Working with belted harnesses, the tool bag or holster is typically suspended off gear loops / racks on the belt. The system is very lightweight and adds no bulk to the bag or holster design, providing an obvious and familiar choice to the rope access trades. The number of eyelets and location is in-line with each individual bag or holsters total anchorage structural requirement. A karabiner or Mallion provides the attachment link between the structural eyelet holes in the top of the tool bag or holster and gear loops or captive fixing points i.e. Leading Edge 'fixed or Velcro' tool belt
anchorage loops.
